Electro-Motive Division (EMD) F7A #102 on the Iowa Northern circa 1993. This locomotive has a very long history, starting life with Great Northern/Burlington Northern. It became Seattle & North Coast #102 in the early 1980s, before making it's way to Iowa for dinner train service in the early 1990s. I haven't been able to identify the name of the company that operated it, only that it appears to have run on the Iowa Northern in the area of Greene, IA. It made its way to Traverse City, MI, for use on the Grand Traverse Dinner Train as #1951. As best I can tell, it's currently owned by the Wisconsin Great Northern Railroad.
