American Locomotive Company (Alco) RS2 #662 of the LNE. This version is depicted with the radiator shutter guards installed. These were supposedly added to protect the crew from the automatic shutters, which would activate without warning. However, I've heard stories that they were actually there to protect the shutters. I guess it depends on who you ask, the shop mechanics or the crew.
