Electro-Motive Division (EMD) F7A #100 of the Maryland Midland. This locomotive was originally C&NW #4082A and found it's way through several different owners, including the Maryland Midland. It ultimately ended up with the Fillmore & Western, but I'm unsure of of it's current disposition. The FWRY, to the best of my knowledge, has permanently ceased passenger operations.
