Electro-Motive Division (EMD) F3A #503 of the New York Ontario & Western as it would have appeared circa 1953 with added nose railing and extra grab iron on the pilot. The three 500-series F3s were geared tall for passenger service, but wore the same paint scheme as all O&W freight F-units.
